The Long Night
And The Break Of Dawn
I am a horse riding enthusiast, and if there is one thing that it teaches you fast, its patience.
You don’t control the animal by force.
Before you ride together, you spend time getting to know each other.
You stay calm.
You stay balanced.
You make the horse comfortable with you.
Only then do you have any chance of running fast (and together).
Building Alverite has felt exactly like that.
You need to build a great position before you ask for speed (just like you see in horse racing).
The people on our team have been with us:
When the scoreboard wasn’t moving
The work was unglamourous
The pay wasn’t great
Meetings were more about persistence than celebration
Wins were small (and it barely looked like wins)
That’s the long night.
Now we’re starting to see the dawn. The companies who chose to partner with us early are doing incredibly well, and I am proud of the team and our contribution.
And yes, our horses are constantly winning races around the world now.

Best Regards, Jeevan
