Your team will not use reports because they exist. They use them because they need answers. If they are not looking for answers, start making them.

Conversation 1: Drive Curiosity

You: Looks like you had a horrible last week?

Them: What do you mean?

You: Take a look at this report—your revenue got crushed last week.

Them: Oh, let me check…

Conversation 2: Make Decisions Faster

You: Why put more budget into Campaign 1 over 2?

Them: I didn't. Where are you looking?

You: Here’s the report the whole team is looking at.

You: Let’s shut it down now before we waste more money.
